Call me a crazy, tree-huggin hippie, but I liked it! I don't normally like mint in food, but it added a delicate freshness to every bite. The won bok instead of rice wrappers was winner. and the SAUCE. I want to put it on everything? How on earth did they get all those ingredients to taste like a peanuty, savory, spicy dressing is beyond me. I saved the extra sauce to smother all over my dinner (at the moment, I don't know what's for dinner-- other than leftover sauce)!
Yum! And tomorrow I'm planning on having vegan lasagna?!
