I had an inspiring moment last week when I saw a tutorial at Lorajean's Magazine. The moment I saw the pictures from the blog, I KNEW I had to somehow incorporate it into Ella's birthday decor.
Off we went to Party City. There was a buy one, get one sale on streamers, so I ended up buying a whole lot.
No picture today, but I promise I'll have something tomorrow *wink.
